From 7 to 10 October 2025, Billion Dots presented its food packaging solutions at JAPAN PACK 2025, held at Tokyo Big Sight (East Halls 4–8) in Tokyo, Japan.
Combining distinctive design with demanding molding processes, the lineup featured freeze-resistant cups rated for long-term storage at −25°C, food-grade oven-safe plates, and cold- & heat-resistant tableware — versatile options across beverage, meal and food display scenarios.
At the booth, physical product samples were paired with application postcards showing iced drinks, prepared meals and food displays, giving visitors an immediate, intuitive understanding of how each product performs in real use. The showcase drew widespread attention and positive feedback on site; the decorative plate series, with its rich colors and fine textures, likewise caught the eye of Japanese industry peers.
During the exhibition, our China and Japan product teams exchanged views on material performance, molding processes and scenario-based design, exploring custom food packaging needs for the Japanese and Asian markets and opening new possibilities for product development and cooperation.
We will continue to start from customers’ real-world usage needs, developing custom food packaging that balances functionality, appearance and manufacturability. Interested buyers are welcome to request samples or a quote — contact us for custom freeze-resistant cups and oven-proof trays.
