Packaging solutions

Food Packaging Built Around the Application

Tell us what you’re packing and how it will be used. We supply custom cups, lids, top films, containers and trays with matched materials, tooling and print. Our team develops the product and stays involved through processing validation and quality-standard conformance at the manufacturing partner; we do not manufacture packaging ourselves. For processors, the constraint is usually the line, not the package: we develop around your filling, sealing and capping equipment — mold and line compatible — so the specification is settled against the machine that will run it before tooling is cut.

01 Cups

Typical Applications

  • Iced coffee, cold brew & smoothies
  • Bubble tea & fruit tea with sealed film
  • Hot coffee & specialty espresso drinks
  • Yogurt, ice cream & dessert parfaits
02 Lids

Precision-Engineered Cup Lids

A great cup is only as good as its closure. We engineer matching lids with precision rim-locking grooves to eliminate side leaks, spilling during delivery and deformation under straw insertion.

Material Options

  • PP Direct-Drink Sipper (Heat-safe)
  • Paper & Moulded Fiber Lids
  • PLA Biodegradable Lids

Typical Applications

  • Delivery-safe spill-proof flat lids
  • Whipped-cream dome lids with wide opening
  • Plug-free flip-back sipper lids
  • Strawless direct-sip hot cup closures
03 Top Films

Barrier & Easy-Peel Top Films

Engineered multi-layer co-extruded films designed for heat-sealing onto PP, PET, CPET and aluminum containers. Features customized peel force, anti-fog inner layers and EVOH oxygen barrier protection.

Material Options

  • PP/EVOH/PE High-Barrier Film
  • Anti-Fog Treated Crystal Film
  • Printed Kraft Paper Laminate

Typical Applications

  • Ready-meal MAP tray sealing & preservation
  • Beverage cup seal film (plain & custom printed)
  • Fresh meat & seafood modified atmosphere packaging
  • Retort & pasteurization packaging
04 Containers

Prepared-Food & Meal Containers

Custom thermoformed and injection-moulded containers designed for stacking strength, automated filling lines and secure food presentation. Available in microwave-safe PP and crystal-clear PET.

Buyer questions

Questions we get before a project starts

Should I choose PET or PP for a cold drink cup?

It depends on what the cup has to do. PET gives the clearest, most rigid wall and lets the drink colour read through, but standard PET is generally not intended for microwave heating. PP tolerates heat and is the usual direction where the package may be heated, at some cost to clarity. Frozen handling and drop toughness can pull the decision the other way again. The practical answer is to decide from the material grade and the finished package rather than from the material name alone.

Our lids leak in transit — what actually causes a cup and lid mismatch?

Cup and lid compatibility is a system decision, not a two-part lookup. Rim-locking tolerance, the sealing film if one is used, denesting behaviour on automated filling lines, the temperature the package travels at and the way a filled cup is handled all move together. A lid that holds on the filling line can still leak after a cold-chain run if the tolerance stack was never checked against the actual cup caliber. That is why compatibility is evaluated against the production flow and the end use, not against the cup in isolation.

What information do you need before you can quote a custom packaging project?

The more of these you can send, the more useful the first answer is: the product family, the material direction or a shortlist, the dimensions, any barrier or sealing requirement, the custom print you want, the volume you are planning, and the destination market. Where a field is unknown, send what you have and we confirm the gaps rather than guessing at them. The RFQ checklist walks through the same list in order.

Can you develop a custom shape or size that is not in your catalogue?

Yes — custom development is what the customization route is for. Standard cup calibers of 90 mm, 95 mm, 98 mm and 117 mm exist as starting points, and custom multi-colour offset and flexo printing runs up to eight colours. Containers are custom thermoformed and injection-moulded. Where a new mould is required, the route runs through material selection, engineering, sampling and validation before production planning.

What temperature range can your containers and trays handle?

It depends on the material the package is made from, and the range should always be confirmed for the specific grade and the finished package. As reference points from our own range: PP container grades are listed as microwave-safe from -20 °C to 120 °C, and CPET is listed as dual-ovenable from -40 °C to 220 °C. Microwave suitability should not be assumed from the material name alone — the grade and the finished package need to be designed and validated for the intended heating conditions.

Do you provide food-contact compliance documents for export markets?

Compliance depends on the product, the material and the market, so we confirm which documents and testing route apply to your specific specification instead of applying one generic claim to every line. Send the product application, the food type, the contact time and temperature, the target market, and the dimensions or sealing requirements, and we will confirm what is available for that route.
