In March 2026, Dujia (读嘉), the news client of Jiaxing, published a feature on our company (嘉兴亿点供应链管理有限公司). It was reposted by Sina Finance on 29 March 2026. The original article is in Chinese; the English summary below is ours.
The article describes the position we hold in the chain: we do not manufacture packaging ourselves, yet take part in the birth of a great many packaging products — from the lid of a milk-tea cup to an ice-cream container to coloured disposable serving trays.
Founder Duan Yifei (Vivian Duan), who studied polymer materials at Sichuan University, started the business with alumni in 2016 in material modification, working directly with downstream factories on technical problems. In 2022 the team spun out to focus on supply chain management for the FMCG packaging industry, serving tea and coffee chains, prepared fresh food, central kitchens and ice plants.
The article frames the work as translating a brand’s written requirement — what it should feel like, what it should do, what it should look like — into drawings and data, and then matching the project to a factory whose production capability, cost and lead time genuinely fit, and whose working approach fits too.
It works through one project in detail: a milk-tea cup lid, where the skirt hardness and curvature, the latch position and the drinking-edge radius all matter. Tolerances between lid and cup are measured in hundredths of a millimetre, and the lid also had to denest and seat correctly on the customer’s automated filling line. The team adjusted tooling across several rounds and tested at the factory at night while the production lines were running, reaching stable mass production after about three months.
The piece also covers material development for the cold chain — grades engineered for extreme freeze resistance and low-temperature brittleness, applied to ice cups and frozen packaging — and our work helping an overseas specialty-material supplier find domestic applications, introducing a high-rigidity, lightweight material into new product categories.
We work in a traditional industry, which is itself looking to change. Quoting Vivian Duan in the article: “Our way of surviving is to keep innovating — and to keep that small difference.”
